I buy Bertolli Olive Oil spread,I use it for my cooking too. The bright packaging makes it easier to find on the supermarket shelves.

I use Bertolli Light - always trying to cut the calories I find its the best on taste,easy to spread & low in satuated fat...and the family dont mind either!

We have been purchasing Bertolli olive oil spread for more than year now and find it to be great tasting and it seems to have conteributed to lowering our cholesterol, according to our latest blood tests. Very happy with this and dont plan to change back to margerine spread.

After checking the total fats and saturated fat contents of many other margarines, I decided that Bertolli Light was the best choice. I also use it for baking, and it is great for frying meat, as it does not separate like many other low fat margarines.
