I love the plain, it helps in my son in laws cooking breakfast. He needs food fast and good for you for my 2 grandkids. I love the taste , I was skeptical at first, till I had a coupons to try it, now it is always in my fridge, they can be frozen also!

I rarely buy regular eggs anymore. I use the plain in all of my baking and have the cheese and chive for breakfast. The 1/4 cup serving is 0 pts on WW.

My husband doesnt like to eat the the yolk part of the egg, so everytime I make an omelette, I have to separate the white and yellow apart, then use the white part to make omelettes for my husband. Its hard and usually takes time. Then I got the solution from Egg Creations, its fat free, and I dont have to worry about the yolk part, since it contains only whites.

I am a flexitarian...I eat fish and dairy so not a vegetarian. I am never without at least three cartons of Egg Creations in my refrigerator. I watch my fat content, Egg Creations give me eggs without the fat. LOVE the flavours !

Hands down these are the best thing since sliced bread. They even come seasoned so you dont have to really beef them up too much. I love them. They make cooking so much easier.
